@3vrvz6792uks Try right clicking on sims and press reset (debug). this should fix the issue! If not, exit the game, repair from launch and check for updates.
Turns out I'm a bit of an idiot. I thought I'd babyproofed the baby gates in my sims house and it was trapping my Sims upstairs 🙈 all solved now, though the debug tip is handy for some glitches I've had so thanks!
