Sims outfit not the same as in CAS

I have mods and cc in game and everything was fine, I had my sim go to the hospital to have her baby and my male sims cc clothes were completely different at the hospital. I edited the clothes in cas to be what I want them to be but when I come out of cas they are completely different and now I cannot change them. He has no other outfits and I've tried restarting but no luck. I've attached pictures of what I have him wearing in cas to what he wears in live mode.
