sims, red and white blocks question marks on them in live mode

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? sims desert luxe kit, high school years, werewolves, decor to the max, blooming rooms, moonlight chic, little campers, industrial loft, dream home decorator, courtyard oasis, city living, country kitchen, paranormal stuff, eco lifestyle, tiny living, seasons, cats and dogs, my first pet, jungle adventure, laundry day, parenthood, get together, get to work, dine out, backyard stuff, vintage glamour stuff, kids room stuff, spa day, movie hangout, outdoor retreat, luxury party stuff, romantic garden stuff, perfect patio stuff, holiday celebration pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? it happened when i opened up a new game and went into CAS
What happens when the bug occurs? you can only start seeing the full sim when you change from everyday clothing option to sleep clothing option, also removing any accessories like glasses etc. with my werewolf sim, it went to the normal sim when i did this, but completely unable to edit the werewolf side in CAS
What do you expect to see? editable sims in CAS as well as no red and white with question marks on my sims when in live mode
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. it happened after the patch with pronouns and sexual orientation. i have not had any mods active since buying the little campers and werewolves packs/kit
