Sims relationships keep disappearing

Hi, when i log into my game the sims don't remember or have other sims they have met in their relationship panel. When i reintroduce them they lose the relationship again, they know only the other people in their household-what could be causing this? I have MCCC, cheats extension, luumis height slider, yakfarm no festival outfits and plzsaysike less situation outfits and they are up to date. Could anyone help please?

@indiasparks A couple of questions. Have you tested without the Mods folder (drag it to the desktop and delete localthumbcache), just in case there's something there, like an old file? And is anything else reverting, or only relationships?
