sims reset when assigned to eat
Sometimes sims won't eat when assigned to, they just reset. They can still eat autonomously when hungry.

I'm having the same problem. My sims won't take leftovers from the fridge or grab a serving, neither when I tell them nor when they do it autonomously. They just reset and the action is deleted from the cue. They can take quick meals. I've removed my cc and mods but it still doesn't work.
- @Moonlight_829 Have you tried deleting all the left overs you have and then see if it starts working ?
I've deleted all my food and cooked again, still doesn't work.
Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
