Sims stuck in t pose, reset cheat not working

Question

Hi everyone, I opened the game for the first time in a year and on all my saves, my sims are stuck in the 't-pose' position and say they are moving and doing things when they are not. I tried the resetSim cheat, however this would only work for about a second and then the sim would be unresponsive and in the pose again. This includes while sitting down. I have a 2017 macbook air on Mojave, and the sims 4 in the latest update. I have tried restarting the game, restarting the game between loads, deleting loads, and even switching families but all sims in my game (not just the ones I control) have this issue. I have attached photos, hopefully someone here can help! Let me know if any info is missing.

Looks like you have incompatible 3rd party content. To test the CC/Mods, move out your Mods folder to the desktop and trash the localthumbcache.package file. Start the game to check it will load then quit without saving. Move your CC back in in batches, loading the game after each batch to see if it still works. When it stops working you know there is dodgy CC in that last batch. Move out that batch and test each piece one by one until your game stops working again. It's laborious but the only way to check all your CC.
