Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

Only put a copy of your save back and try again. If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

    • Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
    • Tray Folder
    • Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
    • Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
    • Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
    • ConfigOverride, if you have your own configuration files.
    • Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

After resetting your user files as @crinrict suggests, if the problem still happens, then here are a couple of things you can look at.

Since you use MCCC, check your settings on the sim and your overall settings in the pregnancy module.  You may have inadvertently paused the pregnancy, so you might need to unpause it.  I'm assuming that it's just the one sim.  If it is affecting more than one sim, then it's probably something else.  If you are using any other mods that affect pregnancy, you could have a mod conflict where the mods are fighting each other, preventing the birth happening.  You will need to check the settings of all your mods that affect pregnancy if you do.

One thing you can do to check if it is MCCC causing the issue is to move your mc_settings.cfg file to your desktop.  That will revert MCCC to its default settings.  As a test, run the game for a while to see if the sim will give birth.  If the sim does, then it's a MCCC setting.  If not, then it could be another mod preventing the birth so you will need to check the settings of that mod and test until you find the culprit.

    Hope this helps.
