@vasco250 It looks like you are gaming with custom content or mods!? Please remove the mods/cc from your sims 4 folder and check the game afterwards. If you're Sims are back well than you know it's the fault of one Mod or CC. You can get the mods or cc back into the game as you want but please be careful with it. A tip is to put them back 5 at a time and check in the game if it works. Then you can see which mod or cc this is doing. Good luck, Greetings Monique
The exact same thing happened to me today.. I've tried to take out my mods, but my Sims will still not appear.. Same with the roof and the different types of floor. I can't even make a new roof at all.
