@vasco250 and @cha9ne Please move the Mods folder to the desktop, if you haven't already, and delete localthumbcache.package. Then clear the EA App's cache:

and repair the game: open your game library, hover over the Sims 4 icon, click the three dots, and select Repair.
With the Mods folder still removed, test the game and let me know which issues, if any, are still present. If the roofs are still bugged, please try changing the roof to something else.
