sims won't go upstairs

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.102.190.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Perfect Patio, Cool Kitchen Stuff, Kids Room Stuff, Toddler Stuff, Desert Luxe, Holiday, Parenthood, Vampires, Dine Out, Spa Day, Growing Together, High School Years, Cottage Living, Snowy Escape, Discover University, Island Living, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, City Living, Get To Work
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i'm not sure if you would be able to find it, as the house i'm having problems with is downloaded from the internet. The creator is @fernw00d on tumblr
What happens when the bug occurs? all of the sims in my household can't get upstairs, and the only way is by teleporting
What do you expect to see? i try to make any sim in my household go upstairs, and they get to the second floor
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

PS: the house looks weird because i have the cc removed in these pictures 😸

Looking at the pics, it doesn't look like anything is wrong.  But here is something to try.  Delete the one wall section on the left where the stair goes down beneath it to see if that is causing the route fail.  There may not be enough head room there.  You might have to move the wall one tile to the left and make a sort of bump out there.

If that doesn't work, please upload the lot to the gallery or direct us to where we can download it as @PipMenace asks and someone here will take a look at it.

    Hope this helps.

  • @hearts4lottie Is it on the gallery? If the original is on the gallery - or if you can upload your version - and you share the gallery id and lot title, people could download it to test.
