sims won't let me play any households (Error Code: 132:d3b2298e)

@1237megan  Can you load a different household within the same save?  If that works, can you load your main sims if you move them to a different lot first?  You can do this through Manage Worlds without loading their current lot.  You don't need to save your progress; just let me know whether either one works.
