Sims won't load after CAS
When I try to start a new game, I get all the way through creating a new Sim and then it does not start the game. When I try to load a game, it just loads the worlds and says I'm starting with 0 fund...
@GaHedgehog Does this happen with a new save or just your existing one(s)? What about if you load a backup version of an existing save? Here's how to do that:

Please also repair the game. With Origin, open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. With the EA App, open your game library, hover over the Sims 4 icon, click the three dots, and select Repair.
It does it with all my saved games and when I try to create a new game. After repairing and trying to load a backup version like you suggested it is still doing the same thing. I don't want to lose my games that I have saved, but would it be easier to uninstall and reinstall everything? It seems like nothing else is working
@GaHedgehog There's no need to uninstall and reinstall, at least not yet. Instead, lease move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just test out a new save.
If you see the same issue, let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS, and if Windows, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

If the new save loads properly, you can transfer one of your old saves, but nothing else yet, from the old Sims 4 folder to the new one. You don't need to save your progress, so don't worry about the effects of missing mods or custom content.
we’re u ever able to figure it out? currently having the same problem:/
@piglover818 Please try the suggestions earlier in the thread.
