Hi! I have MCC and UI Cheats installed and a lot of custom content; however, I update all as often as possible.
This has been happening for at least a year. Sims lose relationship (both friendship/romance) when Woohoo/Try For Baby-ing. Is it a side effect of Mods?
Some sims will do that in a vanilla game. I think it might be because of their compatibility. Take a look at the sims in the relationship panel and check the profiles to see if what type of relationship they have. It could be that they aren't really compatible. You can change that to a large degree by adjusting their likes and dislikes if you want to. Some of the traits might affect it too, like if one sim has the Good trait and the other one has the Evil trait.
And some mods can cause this too. UI Cheats shouldn't and MCCC might depending on your settings so you might want to take a look at how you have things set. Other mods that alter how relationships function in the game might too.
