Sims4 - Urne missing

Hi,

so one of my teenage sims died outside of home while I was playing this sim and had the others at home.

I received a notification that said something along the line “This sim died outside of home, you can find the urn at the auditorium”. The auditorium is the place in the world from high school years right? Well there is nothing there, neither at the place she died. Her ghost is not around either. So where is the urn?
