Sims4 Get to Work Expansion - Notebook doesnt show on mobile phone in every care

I tried advice from post but I can’t find notebook. I have three options, mute, screen background, and phone case colors.  But no notebook?

    @19656c569b31753d  The notebook is in the lower left next to the phone.
