SIMS4 MODIFY CAS,ONLY BLANK BACKGROUND WITH JUST SIM SHOWING

When i click modify cas in mccc or even normally with testingcheats,it just show my sim alone with no options i can just rotate him i cant even enter main menu or anything so i need to close my game ...

Please tell me u find a way to fix it I do have the exact same problem or if anyone does know how to fix I literally tried everything!! And I'm going to give up and remove everything!
