SIMS4 MODIFY CAS,ONLY BLANK BACKGROUND WITH JUST SIM SHOWING

When i click modify cas in mccc or even normally with testingcheats,it just show my sim alone with no options i can just rotate him i cant even enter main menu or anything so i need to close my game ...

VolimTeHiHi​ Did you add any mods/Cc during those few days? If so, remove those and try again. (When you remove files from the Mods folder, also delete the file called localthumbcache.)

If that doesn't solve it, please try a Game Repair.

    This is a lie!!!!! the file in configoverride is gone and I am still having the issue. next time have the correct answer or hush!
