Since the Werewolves game pack release on Sims 4, my game is just closing itself

Do you see any error messages when your game crashes, and do you use any mods or CC?

No, there was no error message at all, it just closed but that stopped happening and now I have other issues. The werewolf sim Lou Howell has little white dots all over his face but nowhere else (looks like something that happens during sexy time) and I can't get rid of it. I also have an issue with the sim that I made and turned into a werewolf. I can't take their shoes off in their werewolf form, the shoe icon is gone. I don't know what is going on, I am going to close my game and repair it YET AGAIN and see if that helps. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
