How are you entering CAS? Are you going in through Manage Households (MH) or are going to CAS via mirror, dresser or using the option in the sim panel for likes and dislikes? Going into CAS via MH gives you all options but some of the other ways do not. Dressers give you the full options but the option in a sim panel that we got when likes and dislikes were added does not. I forget on mirrors atm. So, that might be your problem. Try going into CAS from MH and see if the details are there.
The other thing it could be is that you have something in your mods folder that is either broken or conflicting in some other way with CAS. So, you might need to check whatever you have in your mods folder to make sure something there isn't the cause of the problem.
