Have you tried a sim to age up without mods? If so, is the problem still there? Have you a mod in game which applies automatic wrinkles if a sim age?
I can say I don’t have this problem in vanilla or in my modded game. (I think you must find the faulty mod which cause it)
@daikoyuNo mods for auto aging. I have tried it in vanilla, it still applies them.
