Skintones Won't Work!

I've been plays the Sims 4 for a while now and due to a recent update the skintones won't work with the mods folder full of mods. This is a huge issue I've been having since with mods I can't have sims of different skintones but without mods I don't have all the cool stuff I have downloaded. If anyone has a solution to this problem let me know or if you know how to report the problem directly to the Sims 4 please tell me! I know many other people have been having this problem and it is annoying!

    @clarkcat2 Which skin-tones are not showing up in your game? Is it the EA base-game skin-tones or is it CC skin-tones? Are you using a CC default replacement skin?

    If you are using a default skin replacement, make sure it is compatible with the current game version. I remember many default replacement skins were broken by a patch a few months back, but many of those were updated by their CC creators. That is what happened to me, but fortunately I was able to replace it with an updated version. Also, if it's just one outdated CC file causing the problem, you could try removing it but still keep using your other mods and CC.

    I don't work for EA, but I know that while they allow CC and Mods in Sims 4, they do not directly support them. That is up to the CC creators and the players that choose to use CC and mods.
