Snapping Points on “The Everything Desk”

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them. 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place “The Everything Desk” from the High School Years expansion pack in build mode. Find an object small enough to snap to its points. Hover over them. 
What happens when the bug occurs? The snapping points are inside/partially inside a drawer. 
What do you expect to see? I think the snapping points should be on the shelf above the drawer?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Nope. Not available for console. 
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No, it has been this way since High School Years released and the object was added to the game.
