SNB mod question? UPDATED please help? what am i missing?

im having trouble getting the bank that i downloaded from the gallery to have the snb sign also the computers are missing i downloaded that file into my tray folder, so why isnt these items showing up...

The tray folder is for buildings. Any file ending with .package goes into your Mods folder.
