snow doesn't appear in San sequoia

hi, I had this problem from a while.  whenever it snows in San sequoia, the snow doesn't accumulate.  It's visibly falling, but it doesn't rest on the ground. i use custom content, but I tried als...

    @kurobestneko That would be by design, not a bug or mod/CC problem. San Sequoia is based on a part of the world where snow really doesn't stick around.
