Social Interaction menu not appearing

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on another sim
What happens when the bug occurs? When I go to click on any sim the social interaction menu doesn't appear. I heard that this has been a problem for other people as well, it started from the last update which I heard was suppose to fix it but for me it caused it. Other interactions like clicking on objects do show up just not other sims
What do you expect to see? For interaction menu to show up
