Yes. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the game again and the problem was still there. After that, I tried to repair the game but it doesn't fix anything. My Sims 4 folder is completely fresh. Since the Growing together update, there's also an empty bubble under the infant icon in the life stages section in CAS when I pass my cursor over it. So it seem like my missing text problem extends also in CAS.
