Solved - Travel (phone) not working unless stepping off residential lot

Product: The Sims 4Platform:PCWhich language are you playing the game in? EnglishHow often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)What is your current game version number? Latest - patched early March 2024What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Most EPs and GPs, a few SPs, no Kits (I think my problem was introduced with the early March 2024 patch)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim on a residential lot choose travel on the phone - nothing happens. Have the same sim walk just off the lot and choose travel on phone, and it works like it should.What happens when the bug occurs? Clicking text line "Travel" on the phone makes nothing happen. Doing it when standing "two steps" off the residential lot, it works like normal. PS: Same goes for SHIFT-click sim + Teleport. It only works if not on home lot.What do you expect to see? I expect that when I click text line "Travel" on my sim's phone, the sim should take up the phone and bring up the world map in order to choose destination for the travel.Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? YesDid this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? YesPlease describe the patch or change you made. Early March 2024. Either the Crystal Creation SP, the Crystal Creations patch or the E-patch(es). ‌As it feels like this regards residential lots, it might relate to the patch's fixes for For Rent EP where lot category was adjusted/fixed.

Just adding that it does not happen on all lots. On the last lot tested, it did not help that the sim took "two steps" off the lot, he had to move a bit longer away (20-ish steps). I suspect it mostly happens to larger lots, I'll explore it further by testing travel from phone on more lots - big and small...

@Simmerville  Did you remove your mods/cc and test without them ?This is working fine in my game.

@crinrictI have investigated a bit, and I am only able to recreate the problem on two of the six addresses.I checked. They are both big lots with lots of content, and neither travel on phone nor teleport works there. None of the lots were ever assigned with rental units. I did not add any new CC over the past 6 months so because the trouble was just discovered, I can't think of any CC that will be the culprit, but I will check in case it is something old that is outdated. Those two addresses should have the problem thing in common though, somehow... will be back...

@Simmerville All reports in the bug forum must be on a vanilla game always. Mods/cc get outdated with patches.

Do you have the same issue on a new save for those lots or is it those particular lots only.

@crinrict Problem solved. Not being able to travel via phone was caused by a CC bed... how irrelevant items/functions can impact will never stop to surprise me in this game.
