Hello.
Try moving your mods folder to the desktop. Start the game and a new mods folder will be generated. Exit the game. Then put the cc one by one or in batches back into the game, and test if they show up in the game or are causing issues. Put one item or batch in , test the game , then take it out. Then keep doing the same thing.
