Some mods not showing up/working in game

Question

I have it set so that the list of installed mods shows when starting the game.

I use MCCC, which shows up on the mod list and is working fine.
I also use about a dozen mods by Bienchen, which are not showing on the list and none of which are working, despite being installed - they're all up to date so can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
They're all .rar files - I don't know if that makes a difference.

I use mods by Bienchen and Little MsSam as well. You need to unpack the .rar files, they should be .package files. Or in case of script files .ts4script files.

I downloaded mods and put them in my mods folder. When I open the game, they show up in the script mods section, but I can’t play with it because I don’t see it in my game.
