SOVLED(?) CAS Stories Issues

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.105.345.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? My First Pet
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open up new game, In CAS Stories
What happens when the bug occurs? After CAS Stories pops up, I hit "No thanks!" and once the sim generates the aspirations and traits are still in the CAS Story mode and the 'X' and Checkmark button don't work and say I cant use the buttons until CAS Stories is over
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the the traits and aspirations

Please describe the patch or change you made. The newest sims patch, Crystal Creations
I also tried playing without my mods folder and it seemed to work, but I looked on the newest broken mods list and saw none of the mods I use, so if anyone knows what mod/cc causes this, that'd be great
