Specific lot not loading

Hello,

For this one specific save, one specific lot will not load. I can select to play the family, but the lot won’t load. There’s nothing wrong with the household, as I can invite them over, add sims to the household, and play with no issue, but any time I try to enter the lot, it’s a constant loading screen, meaning I have to forcefully quit the game, boot the game up, and play with a different save (the lot is where my main household is located, so basically the save is unplayable at this point). 

I have no mods/CC installed, so it’s not a mods/cc issue. Additionally, if this is an issue that cannot be resolved, is there a way I can save the lot to the gallery, or is my 3 years of hard work done for? I’ve reinstalled and updated and repaired my game multiple times and this problem is still occurring.
