Specific Lot Won't Load, Tried Everything...

Hello,

I've tried everything and thought I finally fixed my lot, but turns out the problem is persisting.

This is only happening to one specific lot. I have CC installed, no gameplay mods.

Things I've done so far:

-Updated my drivers

-Updated my game (Twice, once after Life & Death was released and most recently updated today)

-Repaired my game

-Created a new mods folder

-Created a new Sims folder

-Evicted the household and moved them back in (This worked, but only while in game.)

Cont.: When I saved the game, closed the app and relaunched it, I could not access the lot again.

I tried loading it in DX9 and it worked.

If I use DX11 I get the plumbob of death, the loading screen will keep loading forever until I force quit.

About a minute of it loading, you can hear the accomplishments sound go off, but it never loads.

I've looked through every forum and tried every solution everyone has posted about, maybe I'm missing something.
