Split household in manage world greyed out

Hi guys 🙂

I can no longer split sims from household or even edit the household in the manage world mode. Both options are greyed out, and not only on my played family but on all households.

I think it might started after I tried to sell my puppies (which did not work either, the agent showed up but was never able to take the dog, they just whipped out there and as if to take the dog but nothing happened. I tried resetting dog and agent, nothing worked. So I decided to just split the household in manage worlds to put my dogs in another household but as you can see this option is also no longer available.)

I tried restarting the game, deleted all my mods and cc, repaired the game twice. Nothing helps, still greyed out and also still not able to sell my dogs or even put them up for adoption.

(I know there are other possibilities to do this but I still need the split household option for other stuff.)
