starlight accolades (and other GF events) disappeared

after the new update I had a sim license a song and she got nominated for an accolade- I went to the lot at the time I always did and the event never started. I checked the calendar and the event was...

I have the same issue. I took all cc out,

started several saves and nothing happens.

Is there a way to start the event manualy?
