I got The sims 4 season a couple of weeks ago but I had get famous for a longer time period. I use to be able to go to the starlight award show before until I hit seasons. It’s not showing up on the calender or sending me any notifications about it. It’s nonexistent atp. I don’t know what else to do. I have a ps4.
Also they told my sim that she is nominated for the award but it’s not showing up on the calender at all
@Labar3920 Hello! As far as I know, there is no notification for the Starlight Accolades event like there is for other events in the game. Although it's weird that it doesn't show up in your calendar at all. I'm on PC so I'm not familiar how this works on console. Have you updated your games / DLC to the latest version? Is your PS4 software up to date? If you have the most recent game and software versions, perhaps you could try reinstalling both of those packs.
Even though you're not seeing the event in the calendar, perhaps you could travel to the event anyway.
If the event doesn't occur and you're still having trouble, perhaps you could check out some of the AHQ troubleshooting tips.
If I was to uninstall it would I be able to reinstall it immediately? Also how would I be able to do that on console?
@Labar3920 I have a PS4 but I play TS4 on PC. I believe you would have to delete the TS4 game completely to also uninstall the DLC packs. You would just go to the Home menu, highlight the TS4 game then use the Options button to Delete. Your save data is stored separately from the game data so your saved games should be safe. If you are asked if you want to delete Application Saved Data as well, choose No to keep your save files. Once the game and DLC are uninstalled you can reinstall everything from your PS4 Library. On my PS4, the Library menu is on the far right of the Home menu. In the Library menu is a Purchased menu where you will find your games / DLC to download again. I think you would want to install the base game first of course. Then probably install Seasons (to set up the calendar) and then install Get Famous.
Edit: If you have disks for the base game or packs you may not see them in the "Purchased" menu. You would need to use the disks to reinstall them.
I did uninstall everything and followed the steps you told me to make and its still not on her calendar. Would their be any other steps I can make? Or should I wait to see if it’ll just pop up in a sim week or so?

The Starlight Accolades will only appear on your calendar the week of the event, it won't show up any further in advance.
If you're still not seeing it the week of the event- did you happen to bulldoze or replace the lot that the Accolades take place in? You do need to have a public lot with the Hottest Spot in Town trait in order for the Accolades to take place- without that lot trait, the Accolades won't appear.
@EA_Solaire Hi! I think the calendar should show the upcoming Accolades event. It's just not listed for every Sunday.
