Starting a Scenario in a New Save just goes to a white screen!

Whenever I press "Start with a New Save" when selecting a Scenario - the game just goes to a white screen and stays like that rather than going to CAS. I haven't tested whether it happens when you start a scenario with an existing save but it's still a major issue!
