Stuck / Keep getting redirected to select a world page.

Question

I have updated sims and all my mods, I tries to play, I keep getting redirected to the select a world page. when I click play on my selected household, it just throws me pack to the worlds menu. I dont know what to do, I have cleared my cache aswell

So that I can give you the right advice,

Does this happen in ALL households or only one you previously played?
Do you have an empty Mods folder, or do you use mods?
