_Pumpkinvvitch31 If your game works with only some mods present, but doesn't work with all of them, then the problem is one or more of your mods. You'll need to test them in smaller batches, or use the 50/50 method if you have a lot of them to sort through:

The errors in your dxdiag are pretty generic and could be mod-related, although there's nothing conclusive. But that's still the place to start.
