Stuck on loading screen for a particular house

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Except for horse rance and growing up together i have almost every pack including the latest For Rent
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? download this house from the gallery called "Big Luxury PenthouseVilla" by xXsarina_27xX see if it's stuck on loading screen when u go live mode, leave the lot or exit game.
What happens when the bug occurs? See below please
What do you expect to see? Game loads properly
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. December 2023 update and For Rent installation
After I updated my game, purchased the For Rent pack, and updated my mods, I couldn't load a particular household(the problem household). First, I clicked resumed from the main menu then it was loading for 30min till i had to force quit the game. Loading usually takes very little time for my Mac and I've never encountered this issue. I reopened the game and instead of resuming I loaded my last save, played a different household and invited the sim from the problem household--all worked great. I switched control to the problem household sim while she was Not at home lot--all seemed fine until I sent her home and the game was stuck loading infinitely. Force quit again.
I deleted the lastexception file, localthumbcache file, the mod folder, disabled mods in game setting and repaired my game from Origin.
Went back to the game-->build mode from world map-->bulldozed lot-->evicted household-->quit game-->reloaded the problem household it seemed the issue was gone so I downloaded the same house (no CC house) back to the lot-->couldnt load all the furniture, couldn't delete or add anything build mode-->force quit-->reloaded problem household but downloaded a DIFFERENT house and it seemed the issue is gone. I re-downloaded that old house from the gallery--> back to world map, infinite loading screen again.
*I doubt the issue is from the actual house itself (not the lot but that particular house) as i've been using it for so long and suddenly after an update, there's an issue.
