Stuck on loading screen

Guys, my screen is stuck on loading, after I change my Sims outfit and press the tick in CAS it just stays on the loading screen even after hearing the sound that it's loaded successfully. 

I've tried everything I've tried restarting, I've tried deleting certain mods, I've even tried some of the suggestions I've seen on this forum I really don't know what to do, please help.
