@broimnotabouttod Are you using pronouns ? The gallery currently has issues with this.

okay i just tested without cc, it’s working now so how do i find out which cc is the problem? i just added pronouns and if that can help me upload the family to gallery, i can do it now if you still need me too
- @broimnotabouttod Pronouns are the issue currently - you can't upload Sims with them. I'm also having a problem with my sims 4, I also keep getting stuck on the loading screen of my household. i'm not using anything from mods.
@Silkert Just to confirm, you use no mods or CC at all? You have an empty Mods folder? Also, if you previously had mods/CC, you deleted the localthumbcache file when you removed them?
