stuck on loading screen

bro everytime i try to play with this certain household i made yesterday, im stuck on the loading screen. like after cas, i click a house, buy it, im stuck on the loading screen and it just won’t let...

@Silkert Just to confirm, you use no mods or CC at all? You have an empty Mods folder? Also, if you previously had mods/CC, you deleted the localthumbcache file when you removed them?

Hey, 

thanks for ur fast response. I don’t use any mods. But I’m not sure what u mean by CC?

    @Silkert Custom content (custom hair, etc., from modders/creators). If you have an empty Mods folder, please stick to the thread you made in Game Issues. This part of AHQ is for issues with mods and custom content.
