surnames don't work

hii,

i've been having a problem in my game and i don't know how to fix it.

to keep it simple; my surnames don't work anymore.

New townies don't get them and if a sim has a child it doesn't get any surname.

And maybe the weirdest part; pets now do get surnames....

Can anyone help me?

@noraoverdijk Are you using mods/cc in your game ? I think there's an outdated mod that can cause that.

hii thanks for the reply.
I do use mods but from what i can see from that list; i either updated them or don't have them in my game.

@noraoverdijk Try removing them all to test if it still occurs.

If it doesn't, use the 50/50 to find the culprit
