T.O.O.L mod not working

Question

Hey is anyone able to help me. I have downloaded the T.O.O.L mod and it isn’t working on my game. I’m pressing my the shift + T and nothing is coming up. I have mods &amp; CC enabled and all my other mods are working just not this one. Anybody any suggestions? Thank you&nbsp;🙂
