T-pose sims 4

Question

Hi, can anyone help? I’m playing on ps4 sims 4. My whole entire household are stuck in t-pose. I have tried reset sim cheat, edit in CAS, travelling to different lots/worlds, restarting my game, even moved house, but they’re all stuck…. I’ve saved - what a mistake. My game is up to date.&nbsp;

@HEVABUNY Try this first.PlayStation 5 and 4PlayStations don’t have a cache, but to really make sure all temporary files are removed, you can cold boot your PlayStation:Hold down the Power button until you hear the powering down beeps.Once your PlayStation has powered down, unplug it from the electrical outlet.Wait two minutes.Reconnect to the electrical outlet.Power on your PlayStation.If this doesn't work try to restore the licences on the playstation. To do so go to Settings&gt;Account Management and choose Restore Licences.
