I'm playing in the 40x30 lot in Magnolia Promenade, The Roadstead
I haven't seen if it happens on all basements just this one.
I even removed all my mods, repaired my game and regenerated my sims 4 folder and tried again, still the same issue even without mods
@KingBasieSims4 Not 100% sure if I understand you correctly so double checking: You didn't test any other lots yet and that's the reason you don't know ?

I tried the build on a different lot in Newcrest and still point 8 and 9 twist and point downward instead of where I saved. I then went to another different lot to replicate the basement area in the first build, saved the camera points and still the same issue.
I even tried to see if the issue is specifically 8 and 9 so I changed the points to save at 5 and 6 above that basement entry area on the new lot and still it twists and pointed downward.

I'm playing on Windows 11 Home Single Language version 22H2, on a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15IML05 64-bit operating system Intel core i5 with 8GB Ram
I saw some ways to fix it for Windows from closed threads but even those solutions didn't work so I ade this thread. I'm not sure what could be causing this because I never had this issue before but since the latest patch it's happening along with my build/buy tab not closing when i'm in build buy mode but I'm guessing that's a problem for a different thread.
