Tabs in more details are missing.
The new tabs that came with the update in the “more details” area, are missing in my game. I’ve taken out all mods pertaining to CAS and it still won’t show. Anyone else having this trouble?

I'm having the same problem. I only have the Gender tab but not Sexual Orientation and Romantic Boundaries.

I'm having this issue as well. All the tabs are flattened into the gender tab, but there's no ability to scroll either so I can't access the options.
I tried it out without mods and the vanilla version seems to work fine. I do wonder what is causing this.
I figured it out, it's the mod "no random makeup/accessories on randomized sims! I had the ones from Bienchien but Simply Anjuta updated theirs here

I was having this problem too. For me it was my controlled positions mod by northern siberia winds. Do you have anything that keeps your sims from moving around in CAS?
Did you find out what was the issue? I dont have the no makeup/accessories mod
