Teen sims height glitch?

Question

Does anyone know why my teens look like this? They're just short? I cleaned out my mods, repaired the game, and have never downloaded a height mod. Their bodies also get cut off when I zoom in on them in CAS. I also uninstalled MC CMD Center because the game was just updated today but I'm still having this issue. Any help is appreciated, ty!

@simsofsixam  Did you delete the localthumbcache file after removing our mods ?

@simsofsixam  Is it just the portrait ? Do you have the same if you start a new save for testing purposes ?

@crinrict It's just the portrait but I can also see that my teen sims are actually shorter than the adults. It's the same in a new save
