Teleport Any Sim Mod Stops Game From Opening

I've had this issue for months, and finally I feel the need to ask for help. Every time I download Teleport Any Sim, even if I remove all my other mods from my game, my game will not open. It doesn't even give an error message, the game just doesn't open. I don't see anyone else having this problem and have tried repairing the game, removing my cc, everything I can think of and it just doesn't work. Does anyone know what to do?
