The Game Doesn’t Work…

Good morning,

i’m having problem with my game, when I create new Sims in a new game or even in an old game, they disappear without a trace.             Furthemore, in one game all my sim disappeared, also the preset sim and, in the iter games, il I try to play with a family, it doesn’t  let me play.
